Summary:We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, with a proven ability to identify and attract top technical talent.

This role is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in India. Roles & Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions across various levels and technical domains. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and track their progress through the recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to identify the best candidates.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to provide insights and recommendations.Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to joining. Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:Must Have Skills:Proven experience in IT recruitment with a deep understanding of technical roles and requirements. Strong sourcing skills using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and other professional networks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in US recruitment / hiring will be a plus

Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit effectively. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills:Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment. Strong negotiation skills and experience in extending job offers. Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws in India.

Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies is a plus. Desired Qualifications:2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment. Prior experience in USA hiring

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions. Strong network of IT professionals and industry contacts.
