As part of our national expansion, we're looking for driven Recruiters who can help us scale by building high-performing field and support teams across the country. Position Overview: Recruiter:-As a Recruiter at Spixar, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for a wide range of roles, especially field and operational profiles.

You will play a vital role in expanding our team footprint across multiple cities, ensuring quality hires, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to meet Spixar's aggressive growth targets. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals seeking flexibility, performance-based earnings, and an opportunity to work with one of India'smost ambitious startups. Key Responsibilities:-1.

End-to-End Recruitment

• Source and identify suitable candidates for various roles (especially Field Sales Executives and Assistant Managers)
• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates based on company criteria
• Coordinate interview rounds and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders2.

Job Posting & Channel Management

• Publish job openings on portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and regional channels
• Leverage social media and referrals to attract passive candidates3.

Candidate Relationship Management

• Engage and follow up with candidates regularly for updates, interviews, and documentation
• Ensure a smooth and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle4.

Offer Rollout & Onboarding Support

• Share offer details with selected candidates and ensure acceptance
• Collect pre-joining documents and assist with virtual onboarding coordination5.

Recruitment Reporting

• Track daily and weekly closures, interview conversion rates, and candidate pipeline status
• Share timely updates with the HR and Operations team for planning and forecasting6.

Regional & Field Recruitment Focus

• Support targeted hiring campaigns across multiple Indian cities
• Understand regional hiring nuances and source accordingly for better fit and retention

Candidate Profile:-

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred in sales or field hiring)
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or Business background preferred
• Strong sourcing skills using online portals, social networks, and local channels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities
• Comfortable working in a remote setup and managing multiple open positions simultaneously
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in closing hiring requirements

Compensation & Growth Structure:-

• Phase 1: First 6 Months – Incentive-Based Earnings
• Performance-based model: recruiters earn per closure of successful hires
• Higher payouts for high-demand profiles and bulk hiring support

Phase 2: After 6 Months – Fixed Salary Bonus

• Based on consistent performance, you will be offered a fixed monthly CTC
• Additional incentives and career growth into HR Executive or Talent Acquisition Lead roles
