**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in full-life cycle recruiting,technical recruiting, and IT recruitment.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, applicant tracking
systems, and job boards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in EST timezone work timings.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES**
- Conduct end-to-end recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage recruitment processes efficiently, especially for technical roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as management, peers, and Account Managers to meet hiring goals.
- Manage contracts and permanent placements, ensuring compliance with tax terms and US Visa requirements.
- Perform in-depth interviews and technical assessments to gauge skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate job offers, including compensation, benefits, and start dates, to secure successful placements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Share insights and best practices with the team to enhance recruitment strategies.
