Job Title - Application Support Engineer L3 Support Job Location - Mumbai Thane Experience - 3 - 5 years Shift - Rotational - 9 am to 6 pm OR 12 pm to 9 pm No transportation provided Working Days - 6 days Monday to Saturday We need L3 level support folks who have supported in Dotnet projects have General Insurance project experience NET Core Microservices MVC AWS solid knowledge docker GitOps SQL database etc Responsibilities Provide Level 3 technical support for General Insurance applications ensuring quick resolution of critical incidents and service requests Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on issues related to core insurance systems such as policy administration claims underwriting and billing Collaborate with L1 L2 support teams developers infrastructure and business stakeholders to address and resolve incidents Analyze application logs server behavior integration errors and database issues to provide in-depth diagnostics and solutions Participate in incident and problem management processes including RCA documentation and preventive action planning Develop and maintain knowledge base articles technical SOPs and troubleshooting guides Escalate incident tickets through the appropriate channels and hold those escalated to accountable for responding in accordance with SLAs Proactive ownership and management of allocated ticket Investigate any identified issues with the implementation and then proactively drive resolution Participate in critical P1 incident RCA by providing root cause analysis and identifying corrective actions as well as contributing to preventative measures Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related discipline 3-5 years of experience in L3 technical support Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the general insurance domain strong understanding of policy life cycle claims processing underwriting and regulatory compliance Microservices Architecture Understanding the principles of microservices including their benefits and challenges and being able to design and implement them effectively NET Technologies Proficient in C NET Core and related frameworks API Development Experience with building RESTful APIs and other types of APIs Database Knowledge Familiarity with databases like SQL Server and MongoDB Cloud Platforms Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud Containerization Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing microservices Exposure to monitoring and logging tools If interested please share your resume with vandana tripathi amplesuccesshr com Also don t forget to follow our company page Ample Success Hr Solutions for regular updates on job openings
