Additionally, the role involves achieving sales targets and fostering the brand's presence in both local and international markets. Qualifications - Market Planning and Market Research skills to develop effective strategies and understand market trends - Sales and Marketing expertise to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals - Strong Communication abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Prior experience in the FMCG or spices industry is a plus
