Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and initiating business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing existing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, developing business strategies, meeting sales targets, and preparing reports. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies. Qualifications - Business Development and Sales experience - Market Research and Strategy Development skills - Client Relationship Management experience - Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects - Experience in the clean energy sector is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
