Location JaipurWork Timings 10 15 am - 7 15 pmWorking Days Monday - Friday 1st and 3rd Saturdays are working 2nd 4th 5th Saturdays are off Work Mode 100 Work from OfficeAge Criteria Less than 22 years old Why IIDE At IIDE we are committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and impactful contributions As a leading institution in digital education we offer competitive salaries and numerous opportunities for career development Join us to be part of a dynamic team focused on shaping the future of digital marketing education and making a significant difference in students lives About the Role As a Community Events Partnerships Intern in Jaipur you will be instrumental in expanding IIDEs presence and impact in the region By planning and hosting events fostering alumni relationships and developing local partnerships you will play a key role in establishing IIDEs footprint in Jaipur This role provides hands-on experience in event management networking and strategic content creation while collaborating with IIDEs Growth and Partnerships team What You ll Do Responsibility Area 1 - Event Planning Hosting Plan host and conduct engaging offline events and touchpoints for IIDE twice a month in Jaipur Handle logistical aspects of events such as coordinating venues managing RSVPs and liaising with suppliers as needed Responsibility Area 2 - Community Management Relationship Building Maintain an active Alumni Community on WhatsApp fostering connections and engagement within Jaipur Conduct regular follow-ups with event attendees and alumni to foster ongoing engagement and gather feedback for future improvements Responsibility Area 3 - Content Creation Marketing Create engaging content photos videos and short write-ups during events documenting highlights to showcase on IIDEs social channels Responsibility Area 4 - Partnership Development Collaboration Meet with Digital Agencies Career Counselors and potential partners to strengthen relationships and support business operations in Jaipur Collaborate with the Growth and Partnerships team to implement strategies and ensure seamless market growth activities Responsibility Area 5 - Reporting Analytics Track and report event attendance engagement levels and feedback to gauge success and identify areas for improvement Additional Duties Actively take initiatives to enhance event quality and engagement levels Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management to support market growth objectives Who You Are Must-Have Positive attitude strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills Ability to think strategically with attention to detail in planning and execution Self-starter with the initiative to solve challenges independently Access to a personal laptop and smartphone Should-Have Basic understanding of event planning experience in event management and videography is a plus Familiarity with creating content for social media platforms An entrepreneurial spirit ideally suited for someone aspiring to start a business one day Internship Outcome Gain practical experience in event management and community building Develop a professional network in Jaipur including connections with local partners and alumni Acquire skills in content creation partnership management and market expansion Receive a Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion of the internship
