Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings for clients and employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of event management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with event software and technology platforms is an asset.
