Business Development Executive (APAC Region)
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Location: Pune (Work from Office 5 Days Mandatory)
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to handle inbound sales and accelerate growth across the APAC region. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Pune, and candidates must be available to work onsite 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales Management:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Qualify and assess leads from APAC markets based on their business needs and alignment with our solutions.
- Conduct product consultations and deliver engaging demos.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and maintain strong follow-ups.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities and close deals effectively.
End-to-End Sales Cycle:
- Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closure.
- Draft and present tailored proposals and solutions to clients across the APAC region.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer success, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.
Market Strategy & Intelligence:
- Stay current on APAC market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to refine sales approaches for key countries (e.g., India, Singapore, Australia, Southeast Asia).
- Share customer insights and market trends with internal teams for continuous improvement.
CRM & Reporting:
- Accurately maintain and update all lead and deal information in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, sales activities, and conversion metrics.
- Use analytics to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDBM (Mandatory)
- BE/BTech or equivalent technical background
Experience:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Hands-on experience with international markets, especially within APAC countries.
- Proven ability to manage leads and close deals in a consultative sales environment
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive
- Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or market research sales is preferred
- Knowledge of languages spoken in APAC (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, etc.) is a plus
Work Environment:
- Location: Pune (Only candidates currently based in Pune will be considered)
- Work Mode:Work from Office (5 Days a Week Mandatory)
