Role Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a vital role in our sales process, focusing on lead generation, qualification, and nurturing prospects. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to generate and qualify leads. - Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and introduce RagaAI's SaaS AI solutions. - Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects. - Maintain accurate and updated records of prospect interactions in the CRM system. - Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach strategies. - Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements - 23 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar role, preferably in SaaS or AI-related industries - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot - Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales engagement platforms - Ability to work flexible hours to cover both US and India time zones - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently . - What We Offer - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - Medical benefits and provident funds - Flexible work timings - Opportunities for professional growth and development - A dynamic and inclusive work environment.
