Required skills and qualifications - Experience:A bachelor's degree, often with an MBA, and several years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development are typically required. - Strategic thinking:Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies to drive growth. - Negotiation:Strong negotiation skills are essential for closing deals. - Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are critical for interacting with clients and internal teams. - Project management:Skills in managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines. - Analytical skills:Ability to analyze sales figures and market data to inform strategic decisions. - Leadership:Experience in leading teams and motivating others to achieve results.
