Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Developer located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to identify opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and contributing to revenue growth by driving sales and achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, performance data, and business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and present ideas effectively
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and opportunities
- Customer Service proficiency with a focus on client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop business plans and overcome challenges
- Relevant professional experience in business development, sales, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
