You will be instrumental in shaping the organization s talent strategy by attracting outstanding talent that propels the business growth You will lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition team offering coaching and mentorship to consistently meet hiring objectives Lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition team delivering coaching mentorship and performance management to consistently meet hiring targets Act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders shaping workforce planning organizational design and talent strategies aligned with the organization s long-term goals Drive recruitment across Technical and Non-Technical roles at all levels with proven expertise in crafting strategies for specialized and mission-critical positions Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers by providing market insights data-driven recommendations and guidance to support timely and high-quality hiring decisions Monitor and enhance team effectiveness using key Talent Acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire quality of hire candidate experience employee referrals and diversity outcomes Train and support hiring managers on competency and culture-based interview methods to ensure rigorous talent selection and cultural fit Promote organizational culture by leading initiatives such as the employee referral program internal mobility efforts and embedding diversity and inclusion into all hiring practices Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing networking and employer branding activities Oversee the success of the Internship Program while driving campus hiring and engagement strategies to attract emerging talent Manage relationships with external partners including universities recruitment agencies search firms and HR technology vendors Ensure compliance with recruitment policies data privacy laws equal employment opportunity standards and maintain audit readiness throughout all hiring processes Represent and promote the Employer Branding within the talent marketplace Serve a critical role in shaping the organization s talent strategy Manage a team while playing a dynamic and self-driven role A successful applicant for this role should have 8-13 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced high-growth setting with expertise in both Technical and Non-Technical recruitment Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing Talent Acquisition teams Strong business insight with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruiting processes employer branding efforts and diversity hiring programs Practical experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and talent management databases Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong abilities in stakeholder management and communication Analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving and critical reasoning skills MBA in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred The client is a new-age startup and a prominent global player They are technology-oriented and play in the infrastructure services space Opportunity to work in a dynamic high-ownership and self-driven role to drive strategic impact and to manage a team
