About Our Client The client is a new-age startup and a prominent global player. They are technology-oriented and play in the infrastructure & services space. Job Description - Lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition team, delivering coaching, mentorship, and performance management to consistently meet hiring targets. - Act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, shaping workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies aligned with the organization's long-term goals. - Drive recruitment across Technical and Non-Technical roles at all levels, with proven expertise in crafting strategies for specialized and mission-critical positions. - Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers by providing market insights, data-driven recommendations, and guidance to support timely and high-quality hiring decisions. - Monitor and enhance team effectiveness using key Talent Acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, candidate experience, employee referrals, and diversity outcomes. - Train and support hiring managers on competency and culture-based interview methods, to ensure rigorous talent selection and cultural fit. - Promote organizational culture by leading initiatives such as the employee referral program, internal mobility efforts, and embedding diversity and inclusion into all hiring practices. - Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and employer branding activities. - Oversee the success of the Internship Program, while driving campus hiring and engagement strategies to attract emerging talent. - Manage relationships with external partners, including universities, recruitment agencies, search firms, and HR technology vendors. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data privacy laws, equal employment opportunity standards, and maintain audit readiness throughout all hiring processes. - Represent and promote the Employer Branding within the talent marketplace. The Successful Applicant A successful applicant for this role should have: - 8-13 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth setting, with expertise in both Technical and Non-Technical recruitment. - Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing Talent Acquisition teams. - Strong business insight with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership. - Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruiting processes, employer branding efforts, and diversity hiring programs. - Practical experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent management databases. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, with strong abilities in stakeholder management and communication. - Analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving and critical reasoning skills. - MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
