Talent Acquisition at Navi is structured across three verticals: As a Senior Associate I in Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in driving our hiring process. Your core responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient interview scheduling, timely feedback coordination, and a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Alongside these, you will also support sourcing efforts for various roles - identifying, screening, and engaging potential candidates to strengthen the talent pipeline. In this role, you will provide vital support to the TA team, strengthen recruitment operations, and contribute to shaping processes that elevate our overall candidate experience. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and a positive experience. Support the TA team in organizing hiring drives and managing candidate travel logistics when required. Recent Graduate : Eager to kickstart a career in Talent Acquisition with a strong interest in recruitment and people practices. Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster meaningful connections with candidates, hiring managers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
