You select the desired policy type, fill in the necessary details, compare quotes, make a payment, and the policy is issued instantly. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Rajkot. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, providing them with suitable insurance options, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with insurance companies, handling client queries and complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in client relationship management and customer service - Knowledge of insurance products and services - Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Problem-solving and negotiation skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work effectively in a team setting - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
