Job Description

Job Description:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for import and export logistics services.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and optimize logistics operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations to clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for management review.
- Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and concerns.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote services and expand the client base.

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of import and export logistics processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with international clients and freight forwarding companies.
- Familiarity with trade compliance and customs clearance procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar sales role within the logistics industry.
