This Position reports to:

IS Domain Delivery Manager, Data & Analytics

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and provide specific, end-to-end Information Systems (IS) solutions/services within the defined scope. Each day, you will execute the IS solution/service delivery utilizing the internal IS delivery units, IS Operations team members, and external third-party IS service suppliers in a "core and flex model," as advised. You will also showcase your expertise by providing consultation, input, and resolution for any incident, change, or project which has/might have a major impact on the relevant IS solutions/services.
The work model for the role is #LI-hybrid

This role is contributing to all Business Areas in North America. Main stakeholders are North America employees of all levels.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Delivering an IS service/support for the appropriate domain or subdomain of an IS solution to the relevant customer group, ensuring execution of requirements within budgeted costs and time schedule.
- Supporting the installation/management/maintenance/optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS service build or IS service delivery for the domain.
- Managing assigned budget, if any, effectively and delivering activities within agreed schedules and costs.
- Assisting in major incident & critical situation resolution.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

- 10+ years of experience in Data Warehouse management, specifically SAP BW, BPC, BO
- Experience as a solution architect in Data & Analytics
- You are experienced in managing external contractors
- You are passionate about supporting others and the value of analytics
- You are at ease communicating in English
- You hold current Agile SAFe PO/PM Certifications
