Job Title

Business Development Representative in North America

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective customers in North America.
  • Drive sales growth by owning prospecting, researching accounts, identifying decision-makers, and crafting targeted outreach strategies.
  • Utilize Sales Navigator, CRM, and intent data tools to find and connect with the right prospects.
  • Engage leads through personalized emails and phone calls to spark meaningful conversations.
  • Qualify opportunities through discovery calls and seamlessly transfer them to account executives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop account-based outreach plans.
  • Ensure the CRM is up-to-date and pipeline metrics are accurate.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales development/inside sales experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success in prospecting mid-market and enterprise accounts in the North America market.
  • Comfortable working US business hours from a remote setup.
  • Proficient in Sales Navigator, CRM (Salesforce or similar), and outreach tools.
  • A skilled communicator, clear, confident, and persuasive in writing and speaking.
