Our sales team is looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative to drive growth and expansion in the North America market. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, experience in B2B SaaS sales development, and a proven track record of prospecting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
About the Role:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and engage new business opportunities in North America.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and intent data tools to research accounts, identify decision-makers, and craft targeted outreach strategies.
- Engage prospects through personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls to spark conversations and qualify leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build account-based outreach plans and ensure seamless handoffs to account executives.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and pipeline metrics.
- 5+ years of sales development/inside sales experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven success prospecting mid-market and enterprise accounts in North America.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
