As a key member of our sales team, you will be the initial point of contact for potential customers in the North America market. Your goal is to turn cold connections into promising opportunities by conducting research on accounts, identifying decision-makers, and developing targeted outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary contact for prospects in North America, owning the prospecting process and staying updated with pipeline metrics.
  • Conduct research on accounts, identify key decision-makers, and develop personalized outreach strategies using intent data tools and sales software.
  • Engage prospects through email and phone calls, sparking conversations that lead to qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to build account-based outreach plans and ensure seamless handoffs to account executives.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development/Inside Sales, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven success in prospecting mid-market and enterprise accounts in the North America market.
  • Ability to work US business hours from a remote setup.
  • Proficiency in sales software, CRM (Salesforce or similar), and outreach tools.
  • A natural communicator with clear, confident, and persuasive writing and speaking skills.
