Our goal is to forge meaningful connections between brands and their audiences through innovative ideas. Our services include advertising, branding, social media, creative graphic designing, video production,corporate events & website design.
Our dedicated team consists of skilled Business Development, video editors, graphic designers, and adept and business strategists. Trusted by esteemed clients like Trans India group, KRChoksey, DRChoksey, Bachelorrs, and Research & Ranking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute strategic sales plansto achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify high-growthmarketsegments and potential clients.
2. Team Leadership
Build, lead, and mentor the sales team.
Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize team output.
3. Client Acquisition
Prospect and close new business opportunitiesin B2B marketing services.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
4. Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning agency services to deliver value.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, creative, and delivery teamsto align pitch strategy and execution.
Collaborate with leadership on pricing, service innovation, and expansion strategy.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience (10+ years) in sales leadership roles within a marketing, digital, or advertising agency.
2. Strong understanding of marketing servicesincluding digital, branding, performance, content, etc.
3. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
5. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
6. Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred
