Company Overview PROHED is a leading marketing services company headquartered in Gurugram with a dedicated team of young experts striving to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions Our focus on innovation excellence and satisfaction helps businesses amplify brand authority and enhance visibility We simplify digital marketing with tools like the Prohed Dashboard for efficient marketing channel management Our core services include visibility enhancement reputation management lead generation and market intelligence Job Overview We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for a full-time mid-level position located in Gurgaon The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns This role requires a strong understanding of digital media and market intelligence to deliver tangible results for our diverse clientele Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of 4-6 years in performance marketing preferably within a digital marketing services environment In-depth expertise in Google Ads Mandatory skill including keyword research campaign setup and ad optimization Proficiency in Facebook Ads Mandatory skill with experience in running and managing successful campaigns on the platform Strong media planning skills Mandatory skill to identify the best advertising platforms and strategies for client campaigns Experience in campaign management including budget optimization analytics and reporting to meet performance goals Skilled in paid social strategies to drive engagement and expand reach across social media platforms Proficiency in conversion rate optimization to enhance campaign performance and increase lead generation Ability to gather and analyze market data to make informed decisions and improve overall digital marketing strategies Roles and Responsibilities Strategically plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels including search social and display Manage and optimize ads on platforms like Google and Facebook to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation for clients Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends inefficiencies and areas for improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness Prepare detailed reports for clients highlighting campaign performance and insights to guide future strategies Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to incorporate into client campaigns as appropriate Oversee budget allocation and spending to ensure optimal results within the assigned budgets while achieving client goals Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver customized digital marketing solutions that meet their needs
