Company Overview Prohed is a marketing services company headquartered in Gurugram India with a team of 11-50 young experts We specialize in providing a perfect blend of digital media and market intelligence to enhance visibility manage reputation generate leads and offer market intelligence for businesses Our innovative solutions which can be tracked via the Prohed Dashboard empower our clients to achieve brand authority and optimal results across owned channels Job Overview Prohed is seeking a Full-Time Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Gurgaon The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote our services and enhance our clients visibility This mid-level role requires 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing and direct-to-consumer D2C experience is also required The Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with team members to increase our clients brand authority and drive key business metrics Qualifications and Skills Proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for enhanced ROI and conversion rates Hands-on experience with Meta Ads utilizing analytics to tweak campaigns for better performance and user engagement Experience in campaign management with an ability to plan execute and monitor advertising initiatives effectively Strong skills in conversion rate optimization employing A B testing and other methodologies to improve lead conversion Proficiency in media planning to allocate budget in a way that optimizes exposure and captures target audiences efficiently Advanced performance analysis skills using statistical tools to understand campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate marketing strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google and Meta to achieve business objectives Analyze campaign performance and market trends to provide insights for continuous optimization of marketing strategies Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive and attractive advertising across all campaigns Leverage data and analytics to track progress and performance metrics making adjustments as necessary to maximize efficiency Manage budgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired marketing objectives Engage with digital media tools and dashboards to streamline the tracking and reporting of campaign performances Mentor junior team members sharing insights and strategies to propel their professional development and performance Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing innovations
