Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Manager based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Investment Manager will be responsible for managing properties, overseeing lease administration, handling leases, and managing commercial real estate portfolios. They will also be involved in daily property management tasks, ensuring optimal property performance, and aligning lease agreements to company policies and regulations. Qualifications - Property Management and Real Estate skills - Lease Administration and handling Leases - Experience in Commercial Real Estate - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field - Experience in the PropTech industry is a plus
