About the Company Indo Nuclear Energy Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing ethanol manufacturing company with a modern distillery unit dedicated to producing high-quality ethanol from renewable sources The company is committed to innovation sustainability and operational excellence in the biofuel sector Job Summary The Store Purchase Officer Plant will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of raw materials spares consumables and equipment required for smooth plant operations The role involves vendor management purchase planning and maintaining optimum stock levels at the distillery site Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day purchase activities for the distillery plant Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality price and delivery timelines Prepare purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery of materials Maintain records of GRNs issue slips purchase registers and stock ledgers Coordinate with the production maintenance and accounts teams for material requirements and payments Conduct regular stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and audit standards Manage and update vendor lists and price catalogs Qualification Experience Qualification Graduate in Commerce Engineering Material Management or equivalent Experience Minimum 3-5 years in purchase and store management preferably in an ethanol grain-based or chemical plant Skills Required Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Good knowledge of inventory control systems Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software if applicable Understanding of plant materials spares and procurement cycles Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities Salary 35 000 per month Negotiable based on experience qualification Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
