About the Company Indo Nuclear Energy Pvt Ltd is an ethanol manufacturing company operating a state-of-the-art distillery The company maintains the highest standards of safety compliance and security across all production and operational areas Job Summary The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the plant premises employees and company assets This role involves managing security personnel monitoring gate operations controlling movement of materials and vehicles and maintaining overall vigilance across all shifts Key Responsibilities Supervise and control all security operations within the plant premises Manage gate entries for men materials and vehicles inward outward register Ensure proper checking of goods received and dispatched in coordination with the Store Dispatch teams Monitor CCTV cameras and promptly report any suspicious activity Prepare duty rosters and deploy security guards according to shift requirements Maintain accurate records of visitors vehicles and material movement Conduct surprise checks and night rounds to ensure vigilance Coordinate with local authorities during security incidents or emergencies Enforce company policies related to entry passes ID cards and access control Train and motivate security staff to handle emergencies fire drills and evacuation procedures Qualification Experience Qualification Graduate Ex-Serviceman Army JCO Para-Military background preferred Experience Minimum 3-7 years of experience in industrial or plant security management Skills Required Strong leadership discipline and supervision abilities Knowledge of CCTV surveillance and gate pass systems Ability to handle emergency situations with calm and efficiency Excellent communication and incident reporting skills Familiarity with fire safety and emergency response procedures Salary 30 000 - 35 000 per month Negotiable based on experience qualification Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Application Question s privous working Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience industrial or plant security management 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
