Purchase Manager

Indo Nuclear Energy Pvt. Ltd. is an emerging ethanol manufacturing company operating a state-of-the-art distillery unit. We are dedicated to sustainable energy production, operational efficiency, and innovation in the renewable fuels sector.

Job Summary:

The Purchase Manager will be responsible for overseeing all procurement functions of the company — including sourcing, vendor development, price negotiation, purchase planning, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services required for ethanol plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for raw materials, spares, chemicals, and engineering items.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality and delivery timelines.
• Approve purchase requisitions, compare quotations, and finalize purchase orders.
• Coordinate with the store, accounts, and plant departments for smooth material flow.
• Maintain vendor relationships and track supplier performance.
• Handle purchase documentation, contracts, and compliance with audit norms.
• Plan and forecast material requirements based on production schedules.
• Optimize inventory levels and reduce procurement lead times.
• Supervise the Store & Purchase Officer and support team members.

Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: Graduate in Agriculture / Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering / Graduate in Commerce or Material Management.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in purchase and procurement, preferably in an ethanol, grain-based, chemical, or manufacturing plant.

Skills Required:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of industrial procurement processes.
• Knowledge of vendor development, contract management, and logistics.
• Proficiency in ERP / SAP and MS Office tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Salary: ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & qualification)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
