Exp: 5+ years Location: Mohali Role Description: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients using Upwork ,LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools. Build and manage verified lead databases across the target geographies (US, Europe, Canada, Australia, UAE). Initiate first contact via LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and cold calls. Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Engage with prospects to understand business needs, challenges, and technology requirements. Pitch relevant IT services such as web development, mobile apps, AI/ML, blockchain, and digital transformation solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and functional requirement documents (FRDs) in coordination with the technical team. Conduct client calls, demos, and negotiations until project sign-off. Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain a healthy lead pipeline and track all activities in the CRM. Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets. Report weekly on progress, challenges, and conversion metrics. Strategy & Independence: Research and identify new lead generation methods and outreach strategies. Continuously refine email templates, LinkedIn scripts, and calling approaches for better conversions. Stay updated on IT trends, competitors, and global market opportunities.
