Job Description Profile : Zonal Head (City Growth Leader) Location : Pune Cities: Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat & West Zone Clusters Role Purpose The Zonal Head West Zone is the City Growth Leader responsible for driving end-to-end growth across Online, Offline, and Corporate channels. The role ensures city-level performance, execution excellence, phlebo productivity, B2C camp success, partnership development, competition tracking, and cross-functional alignment. Key Responsibilities - 1. City Growth Ownership Lead overall growth across all channels and improve core metrics (orders, repeat, cancellations, centre performance). - Monitor city dashboards and align all functions toward monthly targets. 2. Cross-Functional Coordination Marketing - Lead B2C Camp Marketing & local activation: societies, corporates, RWAs, community events. - Review competition pricing, offers, and local campaigns. - Align with central marketing for CRM accuracy across SMS/WA/RCS. - Support hyperlocal media, influencers, and micro-level promotions. - Improve phlebo productivity, routing, and adherence to SOP. - Identify performance gaps and ensure on-ground operational efficiency. Lab Operations - Ensure smooth sample flow, TAT adherence, and coordination with lab teams. Product & CRM - Provide ground-level customer insights and fix gaps in booking journey, payments & communication. Corporate Business Align corporate camps with B2C funnel; avoid leakages across teams. 3. Ground Team Leadership (B2C Camps & DSA Model) - Lead end-to-end B2C camp execution and conversion improvement. - Scale and strengthen DSA business with clear productivity benchmarks. - Provide direction to centre managers, phlebo leads, and ground staff. 4. City Partnerships & Alliances - Build partnerships with gyms, colleges, RWAs, clinics, societies, wellness brands, and - corporates. - Drive recurring lead generation and local brand visibility. 5. City Expansion & Pincode Growth - Identify and activate new pincodes with high business potential. - Ensure optimal phlebo distribution and coverage. 6. Customer Insights & Experience - Gather city-specific CX insights on TAT issues, communication gaps, pricing, and local challenges. - Drive improvements with CX, Ops, CRM, and Product teams. 7. Strategy & Monthly Planning Build and execute monthly/quarterly city plans based on insights, demand pockets, and competition. Track performance regularly and ensure corrective action across teams. Experience - 714 years in city/cluster/regional leadership roles. - Preferred industries: Diagnostics, Healthcare, Hyperlocal, Retail, Logistics, FMCG. - Strong experience managing large on-ground teams. Skills & Attributes - Strong understanding of city operations, phlebo management, and last-mile delivery. - Good marketing sense (local growth, pricing, competition analysis). - Hands-on leader with strong execution discipline; spends time on-ground. - Analytical, structured, strong planning & coordination skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder
