Key Responsibilities Lead the Mumbai office s commercial and operational functions Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with regional objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines port authorities logistics partners and customers Drive new business opportunities commercial proposals and contract negotiations Ensure efficient delivery of port agency liner and logistics services Oversee compliance with corporate policies regulatory standards and HSSE requirements Monitor budget P L performance and operational KPIs Lead train and motivate the local team to ensure excellence in service delivery Requirements Bachelor s degree in Maritime Business Logistics or related field 10 years of experience within shipping agency maritime services or logistics Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership position Strong commercial acumen and proven business development experience Well-established network in India s maritime and logistics industry Solid knowledge of port operations agency processes and customer service standards Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills High integrity and a hands-on approach to problem solving
