Responsibilities - Develop and execute effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage a team of social media specialists and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their targets - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms and provide recommendations to improve our social media presence - Ensure that the team is meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time - Report on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management Skills and Qualifications - Minimum 8-13 years of experience in social media management - Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends - Experience in developing and executing social media strategies - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams - Experience in reporting and analyzing social media metrics - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
