Job Description Location: Hyderabad Employment: Full-time Travel: Mostly office-based / Resident work with frequent client visits, and may require further travel (local/regional/international). Your Responsibilities The After-Sales and Service Manager for Centrifugal and gear Pumps is responsible for managing all post-sales support activities including installation supervision, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts, and customer training. The role ensures efficient field service operations and high customer satisfaction through timely support and technical expertise. Furthermore, you will have key responsibilities in... - Service Operations - Costumer Support & Issue Resolution - Spare Parts & Warranty Management - Coordination with Internal Teams - Documentation & Reporting - Team Development What We Expect From You - Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics with an experience of 7-10 years in Service. - Strong understanding of electrical control systems and instrumentation. - Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and P&IDs. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g.,,Siemens, OMRON, ABB). - Experience with SCADA and HMI platforms (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC). - Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus). - Should be able to travel PAN India for installation & commissioning of starter panels and pumps within short notice period. - Perform FAT's (Factory acceptance tests) at vendor places. - Perform SAT's (Site acceptance tests), Customer acceptance & Report making. - Training the operators/ technicians/ Engineers on equipment supplied to site. - Should be able to handle site independently and close the issues. - Should report immediately to service manager if in case of any concerns at site. - Should be able to identify the faulty / malfunctioning instruments. - Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Strong technical acumen and ability to grasp complex concepts.
