Role Overview We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our client Tunewave, a growing Music DistributionCompany that helps artists release, promote, and monetize their music across major platforms. The BDE will play a key role in driving partnerships, onboarding artists, expanding market reach, and supporting Tunewave's growth in the music distribution ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the music distribution sector. - Onboard independent artists, labels, and creators to Tunewave's distribution platform. - Pitch Tunewave's services (distribution, promotion, monetization, marketing) to potential clients. - Build long-term relationships with artists, studios, event managers, and music professionals. - Develop and execute lead-generation strategies. - Manage the complete sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets. - Stay updated with industry trends, music platform policies, and competitor activity. Requirements - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to generate leads and close deals independently. - 12 years of experience in the music industry, preferably in business development, artist relations, or entertainment sales. - Understanding of music distribution, artist onboarding, or digital music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) is a plus. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable.
