Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly financial reports including income statements, cash flow forecasts, and budget vs. actual analysis.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the development of revenue projections and the annual operating plan.
- Monitor financial benchmarks and implement financing strategies as needed.
- Manage cash flow on a monthly basis to ensure adequate reserves.
- Oversee invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, refunds, cancellations, and taxation.
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams for financial planning and analysis to support business growth.
- Liaise with external financial partners such as banks, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to offer insights and actionable financial recommendations.
Requirements
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- Experience in directly reporting to a CFO or VP Finance.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Thorough understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively.
