Job Title: Finance Associate

    As a key member of the accounting team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations and attestation procedures.

2. Setting up processes, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient financial management.

3. Maintaining control frameworks to guarantee accurate financial reporting.

4. Collaborating with trade operations & settlement teams to ensure seamless financial transactions.

5. Developing in-house accounting & reporting capabilities to support business growth.

6. Streamlining and consolidating finance & accounting processes for maximum efficiency.

7. Ensuring real-time and accurate financial information is available to stakeholders at all times.

8. Managing legal entities w.r.t. their closing and audits.

9. Collaborating with trading, trade-ops teams & external consultants to achieve best financial outcomes.

10. Adapting to the growth phase of the organization by performing multiple functions such as accounting, treasury, settlements, reporting, etc.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP reporting standards, and its application. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, and you should be enthusiastic, self-starter, detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving capability, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
