Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to manage our finance and accounting operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level professional with 4–6 years of experience to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations and grow into a leadership role as the company scales.

About the Role

  • Manage daily accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations) in Tally/ERP.
  • Prepare accurate MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and highlight variances.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax.
  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory filings (PF, ESI).
  • Support vendor management, contracts, and financial administration.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in finance/accounting (applications with more than 6 years will not be processed).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus).
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
  • Smart communicator, analytical thinker, and detail oriented.
