Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide prompt and effective support for system functionality, software systems, and data processing issues related to Oracle EBS.
  2. Troubleshoot complex technical problems and collaborate with developers and stakeholders as needed to resolve them efficiently.
  3. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS systems, procedures, and new releases to stay current and provide the highest level of service.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated support issues, ensuring timely communication with application vendors and leadership teams.
  5. Participate in SLA breach and major incident review processes to contribute to problem management and corrective actions.
