- Business Development Manager Position Business Development Manager BDM Industry Building Materials Tiles Sanitary Ware Bath Fittings CP Fittings Marble Granite Key Responsibilities1 Sales Revenue Growth Identify new business opportunities in the Tiles Sanitary Ware and Bath Fittings segment Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Pitch products to dealers architects builders contractors interior designers and institutional clients Expand the dealer distributor network across assigned regions 2 Market Development Conduct market research to identify new markets customer needs and industry trends Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration Monitor competitors products pricing and promotional activities 3 Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business Build long-term relationships with architects builders OEM clients and channel partners Ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints 4 Product Promotion Conduct product demos presentations and sampling at client locations Participate in trade exhibitions dealer meets and promotional events Promote new product launches and ensure visibility at retail counters 5 Operational Reporting Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools if applicable Prepare weekly monthly visit reports sales forecasts and MIS Coordinate with internal teams logistics accounts marketing for smooth operations Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Tiles Sanitary Ware CP Fittings or Building Material Industry Excellent communication negotiation presentation skills Ability to handle B2B sales dealer management and project sales Good networking with architects builders and channel partners Self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability Willingness to travel extensively Job Type Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
