
Business Development Manager

We re looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager BDM to join our growing team and drive new client acquisition partnerships and revenue growth Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets Generate qualified leads via email outreach LinkedIn business directories and strategic partnerships Conduct discovery calls client presentations and pitch digital marketing services Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients Draft business proposals negotiate contracts and close deals Work closely with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding Track and report KPIs pipeline and revenue metrics to leadership Stay updated with digital marketing trends tools and industry insights Requirements 2-5 years of experience in business development sales or client acquisition preferably in a digital agency Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills English Strong negotiation and closing abilities Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot Pipedrive or Zoho CRM Knowledge of digital marketing services SEO PPC Social Media Web Design etc Familiarity with business listing portals LinkedIn Sales Navigator or email automation tools is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
