We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach into the international IT services market Job Responsibilities Generate leads for IT services including Python React NodeJS and Angular development both front-end and back-end through various channels including bidding platforms like Upwork Guru Fiverr and PeoplePerHour Leverage social media platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn to identify and secure new business opportunities Collaborate with the development team to understand client requirements and draft compelling proposals Negotiate contracts and pricing with international clients to secure profitable engagements Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships Independently manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure Should be able to manage sales process independently Maintain consistent communication with management to align with business strategies Qualifications Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Business Development or a related field Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment In-depth knowledge of IT services specifically Python React NodeJS and Angular development is a strong plus Experience generating leads through online bidding platforms and social media marketing Excellent communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal Ability to manage time effectively and work independently under pressure Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to client satisfaction Educational Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience Join our dynamic team and be a part of our success story Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift
