Job Title HR ManagerPosition Overview The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization This role involves strategic planning employee relations performance management talent acquisition compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture The HR Manager will partner with leadership to support organizational goals and ensure the company attracts develops and retains top talent Key Responsibilities1 Recruitment Talent Acquisition Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings interviews and selection Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs 2 Employee Relations Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution Foster a positive and inclusive work environment Conduct employee engagement initiatives and feedback programs 3 Performance Management Oversee performance appraisal processes Provide coaching and support to managers on performance issues Implement employee development and training programs 4 HR Policy Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and regulatory requirements Develop update and communicate HR policies and procedures Maintain accurate and confidential employee records 5 Compensation Benefits Administer payroll benefits and compensation programs Coordinate with finance on salary planning and budgeting Evaluate benefits programs for competitiveness 6 Organizational Development Support change management and organizational growth initiatives Lead culture-building activities and corporate events Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Master s preferred 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality Professional HR certification SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR is a plus Key Skills Talent acquisition Employee relations Conflict resolution Performance management Policy development HR analytics reporting Strategic planning Problem-solving decision-making Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
