The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop new customer relationships, and maintain strong connections with existing clients. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying business growth opportunities, conducting market research, and working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves generating and analyzing sales reports to guide strategic decision-making. Qualifications - Strong sales and business development skills, including experience with achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in market research and ability to identify growth opportunities within the sector. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve organizational goals. - Strategic planning and analytical capabilities to interpret sales data and adapt strategies accordingly. - Familiarity with the bath and wellness product industry or similar sectors is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred but not mandatory. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous. - Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to effectively perform in a hybrid work environment.
