Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Presales-IT Hardware only position. The Presales-IT Hardware professional will be responsible for providing technical consultation to prospective clients, assisting in formulating hardware solutions, and conducting detailed product presentations and demonstrations. The candidate will also engage in analyzing client requirements, customizing IT hardware solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting sales teams in achieving business objectives. Qualifications - Strong Presales and Consulting skills - Exceptional Analytical and Communication skills - Excellent Customer Service abilities - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment - Experience or familiarity with IT hardware products and solutions - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Proven track record in IT hardware presales is advantageous
