Job Summary We are seeking a creative skilled and experienced Multi-Cuisine Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing diverse menus across various cuisines e g Indian Continental Asian Mediterranean etc managing kitchen staff maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring top-quality food and presentation Key Responsibilities Plan create and execute high-quality multi-cuisine menus Supervise kitchen operations including food preparation cooking plating and service Train lead and manage kitchen staff ensuring high performance and teamwork Maintain consistency in taste presentation and quality across all dishes Ensure compliance with hygiene health and safety standards HACCP FSSAI Control food cost portioning inventory and wastage Collaborate with purchasing team to source fresh and authentic ingredients Monitor equipment maintenance and kitchen cleanliness Stay updated on food trends and continuously innovate menu offerings Handle special requests events and banquets as required Maintain daily kitchen reports logs and documentation as per SOPs Qualifications Minimum 5-8 years of professional kitchen experience with at least 2-3 years as a Head Chef Expertise in multiple cuisines e g Indian Continental Oriental Fusion etc Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution preferred Strong leadership communication and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards Ability to manage high-pressure environments and large kitchen teams Creative mindset with attention to detail in food presentation Key Skills Menu development innovation Team leadership staff training Multi-cuisine expertise Cost control kitchen management Time management multitasking Quality control hygiene compliance Benefits if applicable Competitive salary and performance incentives Staff meals and accommodation if provided Health benefits Opportunities for professional growth and training Paid leave and holidays Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
