Join Our Team at Udaipur Location Udaipur Rajasthan Position F B Captain Salary 17 000 - 18 000 month Service Charge Perks Tips Food and Accommodation provided About The Hotel The hotel is a magnificent heritage property situated on the picturesque banks of Lake in Udaipur Built in the 18th century the Hotel is a testament to Rajasthani architecture and royal opulence Known for its breathtaking views exquisite craftsmanship and world-renowned lakeside restaurant The Hotel offers an extraordinary work environment blending heritage charm with modern hospitality excellence Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant and dining area Ensure smooth service flow and address any service-related issues promptly Train and guide service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality Take orders from guests and provide recommendations based on menu knowledge Monitor cleanliness hygiene and organization of the dining area Collaborate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle guest inquiries complaints and special requests professionally Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations Requirements Prior experience as an F B Captain or in a leadership role in food and beverage service Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and service excellence Ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment Knowledge of food and beverage trends menu pairings and service etiquette Willingness to relocate to Udaipur and embrace the unique heritage hospitality culture Job Type Full-time Pay 17 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Schedule Day shift Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
