Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social & Corporate Event Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing social and corporate events, identifying and cultivating potential clients, and maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, collaborating with the marketing team for promotions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through tailored event solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Event Planning, Organization, and Execution
- Strong Sales and Client Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of Market Trends and Demand in the Hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Negotiation and Closing Sales
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Team Collaboration and Leadership capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business, or related field
