Job Description (JD):We're Hiring: Senior Social Media & Brand Collaborations ManagerWe're searching for a dynamic, experienced, and multi-skilled Senior Social Media & Brand Collaborations Manager to lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and innovation across client accounts. This is your sign if you're a seasoned professional who lives and breathes content, collabs, and conversions. What
You'll Be Doing:Strategise and manage multi-platform social media calendars for diverse clients (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Drive meaningful brand collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and strategic partnerships that deliver real ROICreate scroll-stopping content: from ideation to direction, including hands-on photography and visual storytelling
Execute high-performing paid ad campaigns on Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads; optimise for traffic, leads, or sales
Analyse performance and continuously improve strategy based on insights
Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, and external stakeholders What You Bring to the Table:3–6 years of experience in social media marketing, with hands-on client-facing or agency experience
Proven track record of bringing in brand/influencer collaborations and growing account value
Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social analytics
Aesthetically sharp, trend-savvy, and execution-focused
Proactive, independent, and driven by results, not micromanagement Bonus:Background in influencer marketing, digital PR, or brand management
Experience managing junior team members
