Position Summary

Nisarg Agripreneurship Foundation is a leading non-profit organisation committed to advancing sustainable development in education, rural livelihood, and environmental conservation. Through our three flagship programs—Abhishala, SYLIFE, and Pragati through Prakriti—we are transforming communities, empowering individuals, and driving large-scale impact.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CSR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in CSR, particularly in the livelihood and education sectors, with the ability to build long-term partnerships, secure resources, and manage a growing team to achieve organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Resource Mobilisation & Fundraising: Lead the design and execution of fundraising strategies to generate resources for our flagship programs, with a special focus on livelihood and education initiatives.

Donor & Corporate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, foundations, HNIs, and individual donors to secure funding and programme sponsorships.

CSR Partnership Development: Develop impactful proposals and CSR projects tailored to the needs of corporate partners, aligning their CSR objectives with Nisarg's mission.

Proposal & Grant Development: Draft compelling fundraising proposals, grant applications, and pitch decks showcasing program outcomes and community impact.

Donor Stewardship & Retention: Ensure consistent follow-ups, gratitude communications, and impact reporting to strengthen donor trust and long-term engagement.

Campaign & Event Management: Plan and oversee fundraising campaigns, donor events, and outreach activities that enhance visibility and attract support.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team within the Strategic Partnership Division, ensuring clear KPIs, performance tracking, and collaborative execution of goals.

Monitoring, Reporting & Analysis: Track fundraising performance, prepare regular progress reports for senior management, and recommend strategic adjustments.

Networking & Representation: Represent the organisation at CSR forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to expand visibility and partnerships.

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively to engage with corporate partners, donors, and field sites.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Development Studies, Communications, Social Work, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

3–5 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, sales, or business development, with a proven track record in the education and livelihood sectors.

Experience in managing CSR projects and partnerships, including end-to-end implementation and donor reporting.

Demonstrated success in securing funding from corporates, foundations, and HNIs.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with prior experience in mentoring and supervising a team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities with the skill to inspire and influence diverse stakeholders.
