Responsibilities

- Build Relationships: Engage and follow up with prospects to nurture trust and long-term connections.
- Manage Complete Customer Lifecycle: Oversee the sales process from lead engagement to program enrollment.
- Counsel Professionals: Recommend courses aligned with career goals via calls and emails.
- Maintain Records: Use CRM tools to track sales activities and manage pipelines.

Requirements

- Proven experience as B2C sales representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills to close sales with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High customer empathy
